Matt Maher @ Bondi Beach (WYD week) - Worship Scene

Matt Maher went to Bondi Beach for an event runs by the Franciscan Friars called "Come to the Water".
There were Fr. Stan Fortuna CFR, Jeremy "Passion" Manongdo, Sam Clear (the dude who walks around the world), the bikies "GodSquad" and others.

It's such a beautiful scene this video that I decided to put it up on the net for everyone.
All the footages aren't edited/cut short. The messages got cut because I pressed&depressed the "Record" button. But the message still awesome.

ps: Notice the reaction of the people...the difference between the beginning and the end.

Unfortunately, I did not make it to WYD this year. :-( Maybe next time. Your video did however, make me cry. I could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit just from the video! However, at around minute nine those tears did turn into laugher. ;-) Loved it though! Thanks! It was a great recovery - as if it didn't even happen! And what a great Christian friend there coming to help out! :-D Love you guys!

You weren't the only person who cried at that moment of worship. My friend were balling her eyes out next to me while I was videoing and I felt quite guilty of not being able to comfort or affirm her feeling. I couldn't attend the WYD in Sydney but fortunately I'm from Spain so Madrid isn't far!! I can't wait for august....!!

It's an honour to have been the coordinator of this event and to have worked with the amazing Australian Franciscans in the preparation of Come to the Water. Such an amazing blessing to see that so many people were touched by the Grace of God on this night.
