It's not a false start. If you are not on the line of scrimmage you are allowed to be moving as long as you aren't moving towards the line of scrimmage. Jones was moving backwards. Before you try to call a penalty know the rules of football

what the hell is with the freaking broadcasting station pumping in prerecorded crap for TECH's fight song....there was a 365 member band that had traveled from New York to Atlanta on buses the night before to be there! that is bull shit!....amazing game but just plain rude on the part of the broadcasting station.
