It is a front lip of Alpina,but it is no word "ALPINA".
The word is away by cutting.
That song is by Alice, It is a Japanese group.
Song name is "To-0-ku de ki-te-ki wo ki-ki-na-ga-ra".

wow nice cars. I love your small number plates / License Plate. Here in Germany is it not realy possible to get this small plates. BMW greetings to Japan :-)
