This is the second part of my Russian dance tutorials. In this part, I will teach you to use your legs to spring yourself up. This little hop is very useful, as it is what gives you enough space and time to bring one leg back in (bringing your foot back under your gluteus), and the other one out.

The reason why I deleted those videos and put them back up is because my tutorial videos ended up on another website, and I was not notified. It is an ugly, advertisement-laden website, and my awesome tutorials do not belong there. I changed my privacy settings, but they still worked on there. I had to delete them.

The three first tutorial videos (I might make more in the future) were all made and uploaded on 2011-08-09 (9th of August 2011). They were deleted and re-uploaded on 2011-12-02.
It had 888 views, 6 Likes, and 6 comments.

I will post the original comments here:

Thank you for making these real tutorials dude, it took me a while but I finally learned it the hard way lol. This is great for other enthusiasts though. I can also do the splits-jump now and I'm working on the butterfly kick they do.

@psychgoth It's my pleasure! I figured I would make tutorials instead of just explaining it individually. Good luck with the butterfly kick! Thanks for watching! : D

I've been watching your videos for about two days now and I think I've got the jist of it. I can go for about 13 seconds doing this before I fall on my buttocks now. lol
