Good for you. India would be a perfect place to play golf, as long as you are smart enough to come in out of the rain. :-). I have a friend who was struck by lightening this summer... It's not worth the extra playing time. He's ok, but you have to know when to hold them and when to fold them... (as the poker analogy goes) I wish you the best...Arthur from US
I think that golf is a wonderful game, and not always a rich mans game. For I was not rich growing up. My dad was one of the best golfers there was. My dad could drive a ball at the age of 70 still 375 yards this in not a lie, for it is a record broken in many of the clubs he played in and turments. He would take frist place almost each time. He played for lockheed aircraft team and taught me to play also. Ann Tuton from US
This is a great video! Golf is such a great sport and I enjoy playing every once in a while. The PGTI sounds like they are doing a wonderful job at making this as professional as possible, bringing in the much needed respect and attention. After it has been established and awareness is there, I think you will see more and more people playing. ~~~Tierra from US
Thats a good sign Balaji Garu. But, I think there is perception that Golf is a Rich Man's game. So, discovering talents from all sectors of the society may not be possible. However, I hope that this kind of progress in the game will wipe out such perceptions and pave way to new talents and let India to strongly mark its presence.

I don't know much about golf...so thanks for sharing this.
It seems like an excellent way to promote the sport in India.
I wish the players all success in their chosen sport :)
