体の夢想 : body reverie.water.

This is the first work of interactive digital painting series. Using our body as a drawing tool, we can find the unique language which is made by their own body. Sometimes I see the trails which human's movements made. They are really beautiful lines. It could be a great drawing. From this idea, I started to work on. The camera which is hidden behind the wall captures the image and motion of the performer.Everybody produces different images according to size of body, speed of movement, direction, position of body and color and shape of clothes.

This is made by the offer from AHA Sexuality Education & Counseling Center for Youth. This work help the young meet new themselves as the subject who leads the communication with images with letting them recognize and develop selves. The change of the images lead them move diversely and freely. During they are moving, they can get the chance to find their hidden susceptibilities. And also, they can see the image of fragmented pieces or twisted or transformed body and it will help find new sexualities of themselves.

The floating fragmented body pieces and twisted body image on the constantly transformed background created by the computer, and the sound of murmuring interacted with the movement of the user changes the space dream-like. In a different way of existed video arts, the context of this work starts flowing simultaneously with the appearance of the user in the space. Offering the opportunity to create images and self in the image, they are endowed with the chance to reflect their personalities and individualities to the images with encouraging to find their own sexuality.
