The first argument I've been getting by skeptics is that Jesus never existed despite the fact I showed all this evidence. They mostly never mention any of the Historical records I show or Historians, but go right to the argument "Jesus never existed!" Why would I believe them when there is so much evidence to point otherwise? Perhaps most don't watch the entire video and skip right to the comment section. It is true when the Bible said

Romans 1:20
For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

The second is they present the Christ myth theory, but this theory is highly unrespected

most scholars agree that Jesus Christ did exist.

"There are as many none Christian sources who mention Jesus within 150 years of His life as there are who mention the Roman emperor contemporary with Jesus' ministry within 150 years of His life. Those who propose Jesus never existed must reasonably account for theses sources. While those who try to believe there argument are reasonable. They have not convinced many, in fact I am not aware of a single widely respected scholar who holds to the position Jesus never existed" Mike Lacona MA of religious studies Ph.D and Historian

The last argument they present to me is that I use the Bible to prove the Bible, all I can say to that is "LOL? watch the video before commenting"

  • Is there any evidence that there was a census by the Romans in 1AD and that during that census everyone was required to return to the place of their birth? The answer is no! Is there any evidence that Nazereth ever existed? Again the answer is no! Archeologists have not recovered any remains of a city, town, village or hamlet in the location that Nazereth was supposed to have been.

    @ParagramTree

    ??

where did you get your information? The census is talked about by many scholars and even one scholar would be considered "evidence" in the court of law so I suggest reading 17.13.5 of The Antiquity of the Jews. Also I suggest looking up Nazereth Israel since it still exists to this day...lol

  • @pur3o3end Go to WWWdotJESUSNEVEREXISTEDdotCOM there is loads of information there that debunks the Jesus story! Nazereth does not exist - try to find it on a map - you wont be able to becaue it doesn't exist and never has! It is a fictional invention just like the Jesus tale is a work of fiction.

  • @ParagramTree

I found it on a map

  • @pur3o3end Nazereth certainly didn't exist in 1AD though! Visit WWWdotJESUSNEVEREXISTEDdotCOM And educated yourself.

  • @ParagramTree

  • There is NO historical evidence for the existence of Jesus except for two biased books - the Bible & the Koran, both of which any educated, sane person realises are just outdated myths.

  • @pur3o3end Of course you think it's lies. It doesn't confirm what you already believe so you assume it's a lie rather than reading it and weighing the evidence on its own merits or lack thereof.

  • Sorry but quoting from the bible to prove that a historical Jesus existed doesnt work.

  • A False Witness

Despite the best wishes of sincere believers and the erroneous claims of truculent apologists, the Testimonium Flavianum has been demonstrated continually over the centuries to be a forgery, likely interpolated by Catholic Church historian Eusebius in the fourth century.

  • @gatsbyfaulkner Why didn't Jesus return then like he said he did? Also how come there are no First century historian who write about Jesus? Surely there must have been historians around at the same time Jesus was alive who would have heard about his miraculous achievements like feeding 5,000 people, walking on water, raising the dead and curing lepars. Good news spreads fast so why did no historians from the first century write anything about a miracle worker?
