Good vid. Smoking over the pan is a bit rank like, and thats coming from a smoker. Yeah I know, its your food and your choice.

Anyway, if you try to make this with a Bamix stick blender, like I do, its better to grind the mustard seeds up a bit since its difficult to blend them with the stick if you leave them whole.

I didn't have any fresh tomatoes, so I just used passata. Turned out pretty similar Im sure.
