Try to do 3 rounds of the 6 sets, with a 60 second rest in between each set.

20 x push ups
12 x dips
20 second x pull up hold
12 x pull ups
20 x dip cycles
12 x dip leg raises

x 3!

  • @stajvson It is a compination of both. When doing your L-seats try straighten your legs a little more than possible. That's how you're getting the strength. Then remember to stretch a lot. It also makes it easier and make you progress faster.

  • Hey man! love your vids! I've got a question. When I do l-seats I bend my knees and can't straighten out my legs. What do I need to work on? Is it a strength issue or do I need to stretch my legs?
