You missed a pretty important point on the 2's. The new 2 you put down cancels out the bottom row, so in the last block, you can put a 2 in the middle. Pretty bad to miss that.

I got a question: at 2:39 you've put a 2 in there, but why can't you put it on any of the available two squares in the same column?
