Thankyou for starting off slower! My teacher goes too fast on this move that I can't pinpoint exactly what she's doing when we move sideways. Not that she's a terrible teacher but when you gotta class of 15 people and you're trying to keep up, I am one those dancers that has to work at it, doesn't come natural. Agrees w ith Jianow though on the gut and spine though- spine is flexible and the abdomen tight muscle control. Actually keeps your arms in shape too- when doing the arm movements

bellydancing for women is great as it eases period pain and pregnancy cramps. it also keeps ur abdomen muscles and spine in healthy tip top condition.
