I've really enjoyed your videos, and I'm becoming a fan and a follower. I discovered weights accidentally. I was dealing with stress in my life and came across my son's weights while cleaning the garage. After playing with them and trying to figure out some exercises intuitively, I found that working with weights FEELS GREAT!!
