Henry has given seminars for years at our place, so I wouldn't be surprised. As a white belt, while trying to learn ours, not realizing there were variations, I tried learning from other Tegatana videos on youtube, and it had me messed up for a while. I posted the videos to help myself and new members to our group, because I forget them easily.
This is a interesting variation. Who taught the exercises to you in this way? Is this Henry influenced?
