You want to see how much the Self Esteem Movement has screwed up future generations, watch TV.
Reality TV shows, game shows, American Idol, Jersey Shore... the list will be too long if I continue. The point is, too much self esteem gives unnecessary and unwarranted pride to those who didn't earn it. Only truly special people can make this world better and, heh, I don't see that many, to be fair. And before anyone tries to call me out; no I don't see myself as 'Special' either. I accept that.
