Yeah he's in character. I think Letterman got that he was doing an act -- doesn't mean it was good. Glover has never been as smart as he thinks he is.

I think that David had it coming, the guy is a complete jerk who thinks WAY too highly of himself. I can tell that he would rather be shottin dice in Las Vegas than interveiw people. If only Crispin's shoes had been 4 inches thicker.

crispin said he dropped acid but then he said he didn't drop acid before the show. he brought the same "character" (wig in all) in one of tom green's shows.

Calculated and deliberate. A brilliant bit of performance art!! Letterman should have let it progress a bit more. This happened, what? almost 20 years ago and people are still watching it.  This is one for the ages.
