Last arm training session today, it's tuesday night as we just arrived from NY a little while ago. Carbs were real low today at last day before carb up and meal timing had to be spaced dramatically to stretch thru the day. I also had to stop water consumption thru the flight to prevent more retention so today's workout will be safe and controlled with focus on form and contractions. Excited for my last tri workout tho I started w cable pushdowns before overhead presses and kickbacks. Biceps consisted of some machine and cable work to pump up that peak and its a wrap.
