This is our film entered in the Louisville 48 hour competition!
Quality is kind of messed up, thanks DVD ripper...

Character: Bert George
STORY: A couple move into a dream house, the woman meets a gardner at the house and they fall in love. When the Man leaves for a trip things get hot, but what if he comes home early?

To all who participated, this was our first and it was awesome to see eevryones video in group A! Good job everyone!

Actors~ These actors weren't horrible or anything, but it was completely unbelievable that at their age they just bought this big house.

SOUND~ You have to have a dedicated sound person booming your dialogue. No excuses here.

I know this is a 48 hour festival and you don't have a lot of time to prepare. Just know there are people going into things like this with professional crews and actors and thousands of dollars worth of lighting and camera and sound equipment.

i appreciate your comment! i agree on everything and I wish I could sit have had a lot of those things! Sound guy especially. The thing is I have no budget whatsoever and i've never really done drama before along with the other people helping. It was a challenge for us even trying to figure out how to do a drama with the elements that were thrown at us. I'm sure if I wasn't in a rushed environment something greater could have come out of this!

Hey, I'm really not trying to be a dick, but if you're trying to win festivals and stuff you need a few things to help you stand out.

Originiality~ This short is the oldest story ever. I'm sure everyone who has watched it knew everything that was going to happen.

Even if you do that concept, at least make the story different. Falling in love with the Gardner?
