my doctor said that it's better to flex the leg after pulling the patella laterally... it will give us clear result if the patient is having patellar subluxation.. good video.. thanks

You might need surgery to correct. I'd consult an orthopedic. Good luck!

what's the best cure for this? I am suffering from this and had underwent physical therapy but no change. I can't even do a leg lift on my affected knee anymore, I can just raise it up to 45 degrees only
