CHON - Yukon Sculpture Unveiling Events.mov

Shane Wilson is interviewed by Peter Novak prior to the unveiling of his recent sculpture in the Yukon. Shane describes the two works to be donated to the Yukon Arts Centre Gallery Permanent Collection: 'Candle Ice, 1999', a carved moose antler sculpture and 'Self Portrait, 2009' a carved set of musk ox horns and a bronze wolf skull on jade base. He also describes the carved moose antlers and bronze moose skull sculpture, 'Gaia, 2009' to be donated to the Haines Junction Permanent Collection during the community's 25 Anniversary celebrations.
