Down to 1/16 of an inch no changes have been recorded in the ground inside the caldera, so we can reasonably assume that lake toba will sill be there for many gerations to enjoy.

I was there in 2008...its a spectacular landscape and nature there...and friendly relaxed people...and never too hot!
I am thinking of going back next month...
