@bingosocks Yes. Characterize it however you wish, but the West--the British--set up a restoration of the Israelite state. Also, where did I comment on here about immigration, legal or not? (Serious question) And even if I have, our immigration policies have nothing to do with Israel. The West helped the Jews get their land back, and the locals have to accept it. If they do, they enjoy the benefits of Western civilization. If they don't, they suffer the consequences.

@bingosocks The British--the ones holding mandate authority there at the time--set some of their mandate land as a Jewish state in 1948, recognizing the Israelite claim to the land going back literally thousands of years and facilitating the return of those people to their homeland. They in turn established an "outpost," as I put it, of our civilization, warranting Western support. If "local Arabs," as you put it, don't respect this or leave, they make themselves an enemy populace.

If you don't like Middle Easterners in the West, why should Middle Easterners accept Westerners in the form of Israel? We all know what wickedness Westerners are capable of when they want to preserve 'Western civilization', just ask see Auschwitz.

@bingosocks The only legitimate concern is the preservation and success of Western civilization, which involves supporting the State of Israel--which is the only real outpost of Western civilization in the Middle East--against the Jihadis. "Local Arabs" need to submit to living peaceably in Israel or leave. If they refuse, then Israel frankly ought to treat them as an enemy population and act accordingly. It is on Israel's enemies--foreign and domestic--to end the conflict.
