Ally Garvey is an Irish model who is getting a breast augmentation. First, she is given oxygen through a mask. Then the doctors give her propofol, causing her to pass out. As she loses consciousness, her eyes roll up into her head.
After this, there is a really great shot of a stiff tube (LMA) being inserted into her mouth and throat while her eyes are half open. She is totally knocked out during all this. The anesthetist uses the LMA to give her gases which keep her in a drugged sleep. Her eyes are taped shut, and the surgical team applies an antiseptic to her breasts. The final shot is of her lying unconscious in the OR.
