women choose to have an abortion because of lack of emotional support of an unplanned pregnancy, and they feel like there are no other alternatives, so if we showed them support when they needed it, there would probably be a decrease in the amount of abortions each year. We need to show them compassion. Abortion shows that society has failed women.

Rudy Giuliani should not even call himself a catholic if he is pro-choice. To be a catholic means to be against abortion. I know because I am Catholic. We are truly opposed to abortion, because life starts at the moment of conception, and even modern science has proved this. The 5th commandment says Thou shall not kill. It is hypocritical for him to say he is Catholic but then, at the same time, support abortion.

Modern science has also proven that even a 12 week fetus has no higher brain functions or sentience, but that doesn't really matter now does it? And the 5th commandment is broken all the time, if you're catholic you should be against any and all wars for any reason because it's against God's will. Except, God himself commanded a lot of killing be done in his name in many stories of the Bible!
