Following the signing of historic legislation to improve health care for millions of Pennsylvanians, Senator Casey spoke on the importance and benefits of health care reform. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act will provide more security for those who have insurance and expand coverage to more than 30 million people who do not have coverage. Once the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act is passed as well, this plan will reduce costs for Americans and reduce the deficit by $143 billion over ten years. Let me get this straight. Mr. Casey you said this Health Bill would cover children with pre-existing conditions as soon as it became law. Then it became law and we find out that you lied. Then last night you vote AGAINST an Amendment that would have stopped child rapists from having their Viagra paid for by tax dollars. You are a very sick, perverted man.
