  • @luisespinax From my understanding it is a slight flexion in the hips and knees before the lift. Go watch some olympic jerking. Nice lift dood!!!!

  • Great press. You didn't employ a stretch reflex downstroke before your first rep which shows true strength, right out of the gate.

    Keep putting in the work.

  • The shoulder is such a "delicate" structure...prone to soreness and strain. What do you do (and more importantly, stay away from doing) to keep your shoulder and secondary assisting muscles injury free? I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.
