  • Hey Meredith, 1lb is a great loss! Even if it doesn't feel like a significant step its a step in the right direction all the same! Sounds like your doing great with your exercise, I only wish I had your motivation! Your looking great and obviously feeling great so stick with it, it will pay off!

    I cant wait to get back to the US for target alone! hehe!

  • dude i had the same issue this week,. i worked my ass off and only lost 2 pounds! i mean i did lose 11pounds last week, but it sucks bc i worked so hard!!....we will get there!

  • yeah take your measurements. you'll make your goal or get really close to it so don't worry! Your hard work is soooo going to pay off. :-)

  • You know what I say, it takes 2 weeks to see the benefit. That would be the week of Valentines! It will happen! :)

  • 1 lbs gone forever!!! Feel good about making so much progress with your exercise. Exercising has so many more benefits than just helping you lose weight, so kudos for the hard work. Focus on your success, certainly you are gaining muscle, and it doesn't hurt to pay more attention to fluids. It is still possible to make your Valentine's day goal. And if you have to revise your goal date, big woop. ;-) You will still meet your goal. You are getting healthy every day!

  • You may be losing in inches too, and not so much in pounds this week....

  • Youre building muscle and it weighs more than fat!!!

  • Congrats on getting to the gym and the weight!! You've totally inspired me to take a Chisel body lifting work out class - I'll let you know how it goes :) Glad to see you're spirits aren't too dampened by the smaller loss this week. It's hard/impossible to figure out the scale sometimes. Just keep on truckin', girl.

  • 1 pound loss is still a loss. :) Are you losing inches why the scale slows down a bit? Either way, five times to the gym is great!
