It's hard to translate, the first scene is metaphorical, he's chirping birdcalls; kinda like what the birds are saying each to each when you hear 'em on their day! ONLY he's insisting on words (dinka) to satirizes the stage as the birds freely associates and harrases (bird-selves) at pace. he's speaking a bit too fast it would take a time to break it down word by word..
