New START Treaty Hearing Questions3

In his third round of questions at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on the New START Treaty with Rose Gottemoeller, Chief U.S. Negotiator in Post-START Negotiations, and Edward L. Warner, III, Secretary of Defense Representative to Post-START Negotiations, Senator Dick Lugar asked about missile defense implications of the Treaty, and urged the witnesses and the Administration to provide all of the appropriate information, witnesses and briefers to the Senate to ensure timely consideration of the Treaty.
