Edinburgh International Festival Qatsi Masterclass - The Road Above

Presented in association with BBC Scotland and Screen Academy Scotland.

Emerging filmmakers and composers were invited to create short pieces of film with music score, inspired by The Qatsi Trilogy films, for Festival 2011.

During July, teams of two or more worked together, supported by BBC Scotland and Screen Academy Scotland through mentoring, access to a string quartet, equipment and studio facilities, to create their films.
