A lot of you ask how long does a video like this take. Well it depends on the song. This beat wasn't too hard to mimic so making the beat took about 2 hours. Coming up with the lyrics was pretty quick. I don't write lyrics so it saves tons of time to just record straight into the Pro Tools. then laying the vocals takes about an hour. Mixing it to make it sound decent takes another hour. A lot of my videos can be mixed to sound much better but since I'm pumping out 2 vids a week, as long as it sounds pretty cool I'm OK with it. Shooting the video clips takes a few hours depending on how many clothing changes I have. Then comes the long part. editing! arrrghhh! editing usually takes anywhere from 6 to 8 hours for a video this length. Imagine a longer version...lol Some of the videos I do take much longer.
