Not going to criticize at all. I wish I was that good with Billy. Most of my experience is from the King Of Fighters 98 Ultimate incarnation of him.

And I have to ask, what is he saying at the start of the fights? I swear, it sounds like "I'm gonna fuck you so bad."

Fatal Fury Billy Kane is overpowered. KoF Billy unfortunately, other than his 2k2 version, is quite difficult to use to good effect. He's much slower in KoF.

And what he said at the beginning of fights? No clue either.

The S.Power is the one where he spins a flame wheel

The P.Power is the triple flame uppercut I do at around 0:40

I love watching good effective game play of good ol SNK tittles. Thanks for the upload. That and keeping the original sounds and music. I actually have a version of this game for the saturn imported, along with the ram cart stuff that made it work to full effect. It was a good deep fighter, can kick people through the screen too into the fore ground.

Billys maybe the most awesome in KOF series, want him in KOF XIV . He hast a staff and he hates smokers. Hes awesome
