On Tuesday employees of the Royal Bank of Canada intensified their protests over the failure of the banks management to begin negotiations on a collective agreement for the workers. The Supervisors and Line Staff gathered outside the banks William Peter Boulvard Branch with placards chanting for their rights with the hope that they will receive the attention of the relevant authorities. Labour Minister Edmund Estaphane could not resist the cries of the RBC employees as he proceeded to Parliament for budget debate on Tuesday. The Minister has scheduled a meeting with the two parties to come up with a solution to the problem immediately.

socialist???? maybe. Before we be critical, we should always equip ourselves witht he facts, then and only then can we be fair. I suppose if the employees weren't working hard at their jobs, RBC would not have been producing results and would have left years ago.
Maybe the employees have now made up their minds to no longer be exploited and if this is the case, once they are within the law to be unionized, then they should be free to do so.

Damn socialists. If they worked as hard at their job as they did to unionize, maybe they'd get somewhere in life.
