Finally had time to post!

It was half past seven, but the lights were still on in the New Wave art gallery. Stroking the paintbrush back and forth, Selena worked relentlessly as she tried to finish her work for the upcoming showcase later in the weekend.

"Hello? Is someone back there?"
"We're closed." she answered loudly, concentrating even deeper.
A man appeared in the doorway of her studio and watched her paint an abstract piece.
"I said we're closed." she said, not bothering to look up.
"You know, you should pay more attention. I could be like some art thief." he said with fake bewilderment, suppressing his laughter at the end.
She sighed in annoyance and firmly placed her paintbrush down. "Art thieves aren't that frien-- Hi." she stopped in mid-sentence, taken aback by his charming looks.
"Hi." he smiled crookedly.
"Er, who are you?" she asked, facing her back toward him as she waited for her face to emit it's red hue.
"Logan Lerman." he answered. "My friend told me about this place, so I decided to come check it out."
Hoping her color had gone back to normal, she turned around and stuck her paint-smeared hand out. "I'm Selena Gomez."
"Body art?" he joked, his eyes gazing over the streaks of paint on her hands, arms, and face.
"Yes, it's very popular." she wiggled her eyebrows jokingly.
"Hm, sense of humor. I like it." he nodded.
The red color of blush crept onto her face once more, but it was too late to hide as he had already witnessed it.
"Forgive me for being too forward, but would you like to get to know each other over a nice dinner tonight?' Logan asked properly.
She tucked her bottom lip into her mouth as her mind flew into the future, seeing that he could be a candidate for Mr. Right.
"I'm sorry, but I can't." she shrugged apologetically. "But I'm free on Sunday?"
"Perfect." he said lightly.

Before he casually walked out, Logan stopped right at the door and charmingly winked at her. With that simple, common gesture, she was no longer in the mood to work. She sighed, staring at the canvas before her and decided that she would call it a night.

Reaching the front steps of her apartment building, she stopped in her tracks, looking confused. at three, stacked boxes before her.

"To: Selena Gomez" it read.
"What's this?' she asked herself anxiously.

She held onto the box, twisting her neck, looking for a return address or name of some sort. But nothing was found.

"Do you need help with that?" a man asked, pausing as he came out of the apartment.
"That would be really nice." she grinned sheepishly.
"No problem." he smiled, easily lifting two of the boxes as if they were weightless.
"You live in this building too?" Selena asked as they patiently waited for the elevator.
"I just moved here from Jersey. I'm experimenting with my music." he explained.
"Oh, that must be fun." I pondered. "I'm Selena by the way."
"Nice to meet you." he smiled. "I'm Nick."
