@EKShepp latest technology doesn't mean the best. Many dentists prefer the tried and true things that's been proven to be good for years. I'm sad to see the corporate america is aggressively marketing and targeting dentists and patients alike.

Last year I had Root Canal therapy Treatment on my upper left Molar. And my dentist had that awesome CEREC machine and he took digital photos of my teeth and inputed the data into the CEREC machine and in a matter of an hour of the machine making my new crown cap and cooling it off. I was out with a nice new fully functioning upper molar. CEREC is awesome. NO 2 week waits from the Dental Techs making the tooth. LOL that dentist must be on a budget to not invest in such a beneficial machine

LoL maybe Mr Letterman should go to a dentist that is equipped with the CEREC MC XL Milling Unit . One visit, and the crown is made right in front of him. Funny, with all the money he has, you would think he would go to a dentist with all the latest technologies.
