New Character updates:
+Hello Kitty: Heart meteor, attack dissolve, love lock, strawberry bomb
+Storm: Wind Storm, Lightning, Rain (makes lightning auto hit), Twister
^Tobi: spot set, teleport to spot, dimensional cut, slip technique
^Deoxys: strong shield in defense mode
^Bowser: shell spike spin, bowser bomb, fire rockeet^Mario: Red shell (bounces back and forth between enemies)
^Peach: castle+bomb=bomb throws itself to enemy, blocks+bomb=blocks turn into bombs
^Jirachi : meteor is actually like a meteor now
^Luigi ( no... not lugia )^Mew: #4 = psychic
