@bgggbb Hi, if you used an alchohol wipe then its probably dislodged some gunk inside the mouse. Use a wipe again, rotate it on the wipe for a good minute or so. Then give it plenty of time to dry. It may take a couple of repeats to fully clear out the grease and dust that accumulated. Good Luck!
