Jack Cascio shows different depth jumps to increase vertical jump. If you have never done depth jumps you should start with shock jumps or a make sure you start with a low box depth jump.
dude, your ground contacts are way too long. i dont think you are ready to be performing shock plyometrics. i would increase limit strength levels until you are able to quickly perform the eccentric phase ( descent) on the actual jump. theres a video on youtube of d wade training in the offseason doing these.
