122nd Trooper Recruit School - Precision Driving School

The recruits of the 122nd Trooper Recruit School must go through mandatory Precision Driving School. This school teaches the recruits the aspects of many different driving skills that will all be applied when they get out on the road at their first post. They are taught, among other lessons, precision maneuvering, performance driving, pursuit driving, controlled braking and evasive maneuvering. After each one of these areas are taught and practiced, the recruit must pass a skills test. Failure to pass in any one of these areas will result in dismissal from the recruit school.
