Is this correct to say this lady as a gold voice, for me this is my view.
I heard the bacground accordion, very good accompanyent.....
Is any songbook available as regard to her repertoire?
Best regard to her and thank for sharing
Merci
Ronald

bought her Epic album "lonely Street" in the states in 1969,she signed it too! lonely street is one of my favourite sad slobberin' tearjerkers of all time,by both Lucille and Tammy, not forgetting Johnny Bush. But "Bojour Tristesse" that gives me goosebumps on my goosebumps! my vinyls in the shed, but only yesterday i ordered the CD containing this jewel of a song (from the states) I will be playing it so loud, you will hear it from here!

i don't think that she's just as good , this is for me the best countrysinger i've ever seen , i already known her about 45 years en she's still given me the chills when she sings

She should have been much more successful in the U.S. I hadn't heard of Lucille Starr until a few months ago.

The first person I heard Bon Jour Tristesse was a local young woman who, I think, did a superb job on the song. That young lady went on to national fame known by the name of Peggy Little.

I love Lucille Starr. I am almost 60 years now and when I was 15 I fell in love with her voice. Then I lost sight of her so I am so glad she is still gigging and giving me pleasure with her voice that is really very underestimated. I think she is is just as good as Patsy Cline or Loretta Lynn
