This morning I flew the wing dragon for the first time. It flew very strangely it kept wanting to fly down and without any elevator it went down fast not straight down but very fast and at an angle Why do you think that it is flying like this? I did not position the motor as you did. I used two plywood sections and then the back of the plane I just made that piece longer so the motor sat up higher. However, it was very similar to what you did. Please help

Thank you very much for helping me with all off the problems you have been a huge help to get my wing dragon to fly. although not yet maiden flight with brushless but again huge help thanks a lot.

I recommend the TowerPro 2408-21T-3A with an 18 Amp Brushless ESC. I am using a 3 cell 1320 mAh Lipo battery. Several people have used this combination with very good results.

Sorry to bother you again but what dimensions of carbon fiber did you use to reinforce your wing?

I used the two 1 x 4 x 1000mm carbon fiber strip. You could also use a CF tube, however I prefer the CF strip since it will lay flush against the wing joiner.

When you mounted the gws prop was the writing facing the motor or the tail?

Writing on the prop should always face forward. If the airflow is reversed then invert the connection of two of the three wires to the motor.

what do you recomend as the best wd combo with brushless and lipo and what motor, wing, tail assm, and what do you thing the best combo is there to be flown. what wing would you say from the wd 4 wd 3 or begin air

I forgot, I recommend the WD4 wing and tail assembly. I find that it glides much better with the WD 4 setup. It also looks much cooler in the air. You will need two micro servos and a Y connector.
