Since the Rio 2016 Olympics announcement, Brazil started a campaing to promote other sports most unkown for Brazilians. Just like Rugby.
Those broadcasted nationwide are quite funny.

Your welcome :-) We actually have a number of coaching staff from the Canterbury Crusaders who are currently under contract with the Brazilian Rugby Confederation to train the under-19s, the mens XV and the mens' and womens' sevens teams for Rio 2015...The sevens teams have already qualified for the Olympics...

I heard they invented American Football after a bunch of women tried to play Rugby, got hurt and started using protection, then lesbians, and then roids. Is that true?

That's not strictly true as many nations such as Cuba, South Korea , Japan and The Dominican Republic all play baseball. Some like Cuba are in fact better than America beating them many times in The Olympic Games. While rugby is still a better sport I strongly suggest that you do some research before stating your comment remember P.E.E.
