Hello there, sorry you are having trouble. I assume before you glued the potentiometer, you did observ the spining phenomenon, by adjusting the potentiometer axis (2 ways rotations); right? If so, have you triggered your trim with the RC device? If you have done both, I am afraid the glueing was maybe not to the equilibrated spot? let me know, Cheers from France

can i use the traxxas's servo?..is it has the same gears in it?

@MsAkiraDad I would bet yes, but remember that the one I used was a high torque capacity servo, in order to make sure I would be able to pull the truck, or pull another truck. Good luck.

Hello, good question. It is indeed a screw with an hex head buried and glued in the left black plastic part (on the left side of the picture (see vid at 4mn and 25 secs)). You can notice the nut on the right side of the picture, also pressed and glued in another black plastic part. The two extreme parts are screwed together, holding the whole assembly of parts in between. Good luck!

where do u buy a winch
RCKID191 1 year ago
@RCKID191 depends on the scale (1/8, 1/9, 1/10), but you can find them in any RC store on internet. Try "RC scale winch" on google for instance. Cheers.
