This is the special scenario from the Madoka Magica mobile game, centering on Sayaka. In fact, it's VERY similar to episodes 7-9, though I suppose one can consider this an 'alternate timeline'. The obvious changes are that the girls are in a single team (kind of like in Timeline 3), and a new magical girl, Elise (a summoner) intervenes during Sayaka's depression-fueled rampage against Else Maria. Others soon follow, and it becomes very clear that they're Elise's companions... and that Elise knows something that the Mitakihara Five (except Homura) don't, something that has very dire consequences for the main characters.
