BBC Blast is a creative arts project that works with young people in the UK. For more art & design videos and How Tos go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/blast/art_design.

Blast went to Bristol to catch up with Mr Jago, the man with a million brushstrokes.
Here Mr Jago speaks about his many trades, and the books that have always been important to him his sketch pad, and Spraycan Art by Henry Chalfant. Sound advice.

  • he is a great artist!

i guess that sums it up best. there are so many things i love about his style etc!

  • in 2:02 what kind of paint did he use/?

how come it is so liquidish ..

  • sexy voice and an inspiring artist. Love his random drawings.

  • im disapointed in finding out he uses some of the tequiniqs i use like the brush and paint drip. i remember doing it in art class then 2 years after i used that same thing for my art to put out in the streets. hes very good btw

  • This fellow is amazing. He also shares my last name. Booyah. xD

  • haha, I wasnt expecting him to look like that too. he seems pretty honest and cool, not some hyped up badman.

  • sick artist, can't belvei he's some skinny boy in a shirt, asways had him down as built like a brick layer decked out in lrg. Nice to see his studio too.

  • Mr Jago rocks my socks :D I caught one of his latest outdoor pieces down at the 5050 store in Bristol and it's amazing. Go check it out!
