You have to add the Extension you are using in the assistand in the Management group or add the extension in a group and give that extension administrative rights.
Try Creating a new Extension Group and messing around with the Extension Rights.
The Management Group By default doesnt have the Rights Tab because it's by default the Administrative Group.
But any other group you make will have the Rights Tab.
