@briantexts after you reach 145 pounds it becomes impossible. the only reason hes even able to do it with an assisted arm is his BMR is low enough that the pressure generated wont rip his elbow in half. you cant strengthen ligaments. only make them more flexible. and a true planche has to have a straight arm, however great strength show in this video, keep the work up man.

man ur a beast, im 6ft and ive almost got a staddle planche in 8month, very hard work but possible indeed, but full planche is gna take bit longer!

How can you be this strong.Do you train with weights?I am 15 years old,65 kg 1.77m do you think i will get to planche in 2 years?I started training 3 weeks ago and now i can hold a tuck planche for 7 sec,but my left shoulder hurt like hell when i am training.Do you take supplements to strengthen your shoulders?PLS help me.....and congratulations for your achievements!:D

@paynehunter No weights,only bodyweight excercises.Yes,if you train hard you can do it,but it would be a bit more difficult at your height.No supplements,only healthy food,good rest,sleep and hard workout.
