INGREDIENTS:
Thai Chicken Satay
Two 8 oz chicken breast
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp yellow curry powder
1 tsp chopped lemongrass
1 tsp chopped ginger
Two 8oz chicken breasts
(cut into narrow strips,
about 1 inch wide
and 3 inches long).
Satay Peanut Sauce
1 Tbsp of Veg. Oil
4 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
1 Tsp of Salt
3 Tbsp of Sugar
1 Cup of Coconut Milk
1 Tsp of Massaman Curry
*This amazing sauce can be used to stir-fry veggies, noodles and a dipping sauce.
