Tonight on Adam vs. the Man with Adam Kokesh: Guilty until proven innocent! Hope Obama didn't learn that at Harvard Law, but his recent statements about Bradley Manning show a NEW contempt for the American Constitution. What does this mean for whistleblowers? Don't say anything, or Obama will have you stripped down to your underwear and placed into solitary confinement. Adam interviews the man who put Obama on the spot, Logan Price from San Francisco, and Adam talks whistle blowing with Kevin Zeese and Jim Hanson. Then, Jake and Adam sit down with Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer, the man who's book was so good, the Pentagon tried to buy every copy.

  • I'd LOVE to see that fricken' idiot Jim Hanson waterboarded 183 times and see what he has to say about that.

  • Wow! Knocking it out of the park! Great show! I even enjoyed the token warmonger.

  • So let me get this straight, he could say he wants to see as many whistleblowers as possible, but when confronted about this, he simply says they broke the law.

    Why doesn't this surprise me?

  • In Amerika you are in-fact guilty until proven innocent. That's why 99.9999999% of mock trials involving traffic infractions or other "offenses" end with guilty verdicts. Many of the courts are in fact a facade or "public relations scheme" if you will. Amerika isn't free and never will be until it returns to a constitutional republic which it presently is not.

  • America is no longer a republic under the rule of the current criminals in office. Obama says "he broke the law." The "law" is the Constitution. The supreme court has ruled that any Statute that is in conflict with the constitution is NULL AND VOID OF LAW. PERIOD. It is the politicians who are the REAL CRIMINALS. Judges, Legislators and Presidents are all traitors when they use the constitution as toilet paper instead of honoring their oaths. All these BS statutes are NOT LAWS in fact.

  • A nation of laws. What happened to habeas corpus? What the hell is going on? Isn't it kind of sad that such criticism should come from RussiaToday instead of American media?

  • @ourdeadplanet no, YOU are the goof. Patrick Henry said "Give me liberty, or give me death", not Jefferson.

Please, you're on a computer with the internet already. look it up b4 u post it.

  • "We don't individually make our own decisions" unless we are Imperial President and Traitor-in-Chief. Then we can re-write history and the Constitution and brush off the torture and mass murder of innocent civilians as if it were nothing. Jim Logan is a shill for the military-industrial complex. HE is endangering our soldiers! Thank you, Kevin, you are right on target as usual, and thank you, Logan, for getting the damning evidence against Obama recorded for history. I voted for the swine.

  • Gone are the days when US were a real democracy and people all over the world loving US for it's way of life and not money unlike now.

Now US is owned by Corporations who's number 1 priority is making profits out of anything, regardless of the damage it can cause to humanity.

  • Russia Today really puts the reality into perspective hun? States fighting for their interests...just as Bradley said. Fuck imperialism.

  • Watch the short tribute film "I'm Bradley Manning" on YouTube.
