@keepthesockson Noone understands that sentiment unless they've lived it... YES, a band and music CAN get you through the rough times. And NO, it doesn't sound weird, and I can tell you sincerely they do appreciate it when they hear that, because often they've gone through it themselves!

played with these guys when i was 14, ill never forget this experience lol i decided to get out from back stage and go to the crowd and sing and dance with everyone..so this girl starts crowd surfing and im forteen and had never rele seen a puss before lmao and she was wearing a dress and she just fell right on my head, worst smell of fish ive ever gotten but all in all nasty times like those u get to look back in nastolgia

With a voice like that, it's no wonder he eventually couldn't resist the urge to go and overpower the acoustic guitars. That's what makes these guys great. Even without a mic, the singer can overpower everything.
