I actually never thought of Powell as evil, just completely bat-shit crazy. He clearly inherited some of the Lord crazy-genes. I always figured he ended up in some kind of institution. On the other hand, Powell should have originally been sentenced to more than a year for raping Marty, contrite or not.

Actually, he was shown during their group therapy after Todd was pardoned. At the beginning of the hospital rapist s/l, Zack was still there. After that, he wasn't on anymore.

I figured Zack would already be out since it was 8 years with eligibility for parole after 4. Powell..... I thought he would serve longer after being recognized as the hospital rapist.

I would think Powell would still be locked up in a looney bin. But he is a Lord therefore related to Jessica so she should know that her cousin is out of jail. I think it would be interesting if Zack came back and begged Todd for a job.

I NEVER understood how they let Powell back into school after he was convicted of raping another student. Makes no sense. I have a tape of this lame episode where Powell is at a party a year after the Spring Fling......dressed like Cyrano and tarding witty "barbs" with someone who is calling him out on what he did. Its ridiculous. Like we were supposed to be all "aww! Look at the cute, silly little rapist!" I am glad they eventually made Powell evil.

Well he is a "Lord," and sadly in college, date rapists are shown much more lenience. I'm glad they made Powell evil too if for nothing else than he annoyed the hell outta me and I wanted him off the show.
